Thank you for your interest in my photography! It is a true work of the heart for me and the greatest compliment is when another parent sees my creations and wants me to create timeless images of their little ones with the flare of my interpretation. Each child is so different and my goal is to capture the true spirit and essence of those dear to you so that you can let time stand still for a moment and have a visual image to hold onto which encompasses every little detail; from eyelashes to toes, to how big they are sitting by a tree. I want to give you something so that when you look back at the images I create, it brings back all the sweetness. The sweetness that if not forever archived, slip from the fingers of our memory…….the roundness of a beautiful expecting belly……a newborn’s smell…a chubby little hand….the squishy rolls of a thigh….the wispy hair of a toddler…. a freckled nose….a toothless grin-all priceless! Keep it all close to your heart forever with Imagery by Rashell, I promise you will cherish your decision forever! I am a non-traditional natural light photographer specializing in maternity, newborn, child, family and High School Seniors, but am not limited to these! I currently reside in a suburb of Atlanta, GA but travel back and forth frequently to the Bay Area due to the fact my family resides there and I make time for my clients on both coasts. I worked for 7 years as an elementary school teacher and my gift with children definitely helps me with my new work of heart! The journey that brought me here has been a special one. Photography was always a hobby of mine throughout my whole life. I’ve always been that annoying person with the camera shoved in their purse waiting for that special opportunity to capture the moment at a party. It wasn’t until a friend of mine, who is a phenomenal photographer captured my own children in a way that touched me so deeply, that I truly came in touch with how special photography was to me personally. I decided to take my interest a little further, learn a little more, invest a little more time and voila….here I am! I’m so thankful and blessed to have found my true life’s purpose in this work. |
